I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet town near Venice. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony that overlooked a lovely garden. The staff at the reception were kind and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and close to shops and restaurants. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The continental breakfast was simple but filling, providing a good start to the day.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is very basic, but clean and a good location for Venice. Only 20 mins on the train. The staff are very helpful and spoke perfect english. I would go back mainly as it was cheap and good location.
Breakfast is basic continental and not great, but there is a very nice coffee shop less than 5 mins along the road.

I did not like the room: the bed was really uncomfortable. Bad location as well.

Great stay for Easter holidays! The breakfast had a good variety of food to select from and the staff was friendly and helpful in finding events in the area. , the location was convenient to visit nearby attractions. I appreciated the clean room and free Wi-Fi.
The electrical system in the building was outdated and unfortunately our room did not have any electrical outlets available. we expected more soundproof windows, as we could hear traffic from outside all night long.

Location is great (10 minutes walk from train station, 20 minutes trip by train to Venice), Free parking, Kind and helping staff - Very good value for money - we would definitely come there again.
I would recommend to improve the bath facilities - it shouldn't be hard, but would give a lot of added points: The Shower has only the showerhead attached to the ceiling without a hose - very inconvenient; The heating in the bath wasn't switched on, however despite late spring there is a high need in, especially in evenings.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the train station that runs hourly. It was easy to park my car and explore this peaceful area of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in buying train tickets to and from this city. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the creamy croissants.
Was all great.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs or concerns, and the hotel had convenient amenities like elevators and handrails to ensure my safety and comfort.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide clearer information about the additional charges or fees. It would have been helpful to have all the necessary information upfront, so I could better plan and budget for my stay.

The hotel's location is convenient to reach the main Venice by train, with the station a short walk away. There are good restaurants nearby, including a pizzeria with delicious pizza.
The hotel's air conditioning was not included in the price and required extra payment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a small town near Venice and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful guidance for getting to Venice, including the option to purchase train tickets at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big balcony in the front where I could relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a good selection of items, including pastries and other European breakfast staples.
All was great, nothing to improve.

Excellent customer service and prompt communication. Despite a late arrival, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The room, although lacking a balcony, was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing Venice by train. The breakfast, although basic, was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for its value and helpful staff.

Great breakfast with variety. Convenient location for visiting nearby attractions. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed.
The room was small and outdated. The heating system did not work properly during New Year's Eve, making the room uncomfortably cold.
